Interwiki table URLs[golygu]

Can someone update the WikiIndex entry to https://WikiIndex.org/$1 (add 'https', drop the leading 'www', LinkLanguage for clarity).
And all Wikimedia Foundation sites need changing to https (Wikipedia, Wikiversity, Wiktionary, Wikibooks, Wikiquote, Wikivoyage, Wikinews, Wikispecies, Wikisource, Commons . . .
